When placing an order with Lulu Aesthetic Co. you are agreeing to these terms & conditions.

Faulty/Damaged Products

At Lulu Aesthetic Co. we strive to ensure each and every customer is completely satisfied with our products. If your product has arrived and is damaged or you’ve simply changed your mind, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at info@luluaestheticco.com.au and we will gladly organise a refund or exchange! Whilst we will happily refund for change of mind, we will not accept the return of any used products and therefore all products being returned must be in their original condition & packaging.

We do not refund delivery costs for returns or exchanges unless a product is faulty. We will not be liable for any cost, delay, damage or loss in connection with the transport and the return of the goods to us. Shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or PayPal account that you have used in the original purchase.

COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to the increased demand on delivery providers (reduced flights, border closures etc.) you may experience some pickup and delivery delays. We’re working as fast as we can to get your parcels delivered. Thank you for your patience and support.
