Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process & dispatch your orders within 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday). Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation – please check all the details carefully, including your mailing address! Made a mistake? Please email us at info@luluaestheticco.com.au immediately, quoting your order number and we will endeavour to rectify the issue. Sadly, we will not be able to adjust any orders once they have been shipped.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and we strictly do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Please be advised we charge a $2.95 handling fee which includes $300 insurance on goods purchased and direct email tracking, meaning you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
